The Floor Captain serves as a liaison with building management and supports our floor with daily operations, administrative tasks, and communication. These tasks may include break room supply management, mail distribution, facility maintenance, weekly floor checks, directory updates, welcoming new occupants, etc.
By providing regular updates and coordinating between our floor and building management.
These rooms cannot be booked on 25Live. Use the 3600 CCB Conference Room Calendar. QR codes outside the rooms allow you to check availability in real time.
Use the Equipment Calendar. You’ll need an iLab account (not CAMS). To register for an iLab account use these instructions or, contact Mark Burnett or Ken Hassinger for help.
Submit an I3H Help Desk (Instructions) ticket for:
- Service center requests (glass wash, autoclave, freezer monitors, etc.)
- Administrative issues (break room, temperature control, locker assignments, staff onboarding)
Please submit tickets through the I3H Help Desk for proper tracking and follow-up. Feel free to also let your Floor Captain know of the issue.
I3H Resources is a central hub for news, policies, announcements, equipment reservations, training sign-ups, and contact information. It’s still being developed and feedback is welcome.
Send your Penn Card ID# including the last two smaller digits to your floor captain. They will pass the message along and security will grant your access.
If you have issues, contact your Floor Captain. Your home department cannot grant access to 3600 CCB.
For safety and security, photos of all floor occupants will be posted outside the elevators.
