3600 Civic Center Blvd has two separate booking systems depending on the size of your group and the type of space needed. Choose the right system below.

Use I3H MRBS to book smaller collaborative spaces on our floors at 3600 CCB. Ideal for small team meetings, working sessions, and informal gatherings.

Use 25Live to reserve larger conference rooms at 3600 CCB. Suitable for seminars, department meetings, presentations, and events requiring AV equipment.

How to Book via I3H MRBS
  1. Navigate to the I3H MRBS portal and log in with your Penn credentials.
  2. Browse the calendar to find an available time slot for the space you need.
  3. Click on an open slot and complete the booking form with your name, group size, and purpose.
  4. Submit the request. You will receive a confirmation email.
How to Book via 25Live
  1. Go to 25Live (Penn Medicine) and sign in with your Penn Medicine credentials.
  2. Use the "Event Wizard" or search for available spaces by date, time, and capacity.
  3. Select a room and fill in your event details (name, expected attendance, AV needs, etc.).
  4. Submit the reservation request. Approval may be required for some rooms.
