PMACS: Penn Medicine Academic Computing Services

PMACS (Penn Medicine Academic Computing Services) provides IT support for PSOM and UPHS. For help, submit a ticket online or call the help desk. Your PMACS credentials are separate from your PennKey — both are needed for different systems.
