Penn’s Workday Learning Portal: (Use Workday Link, and access with Pennkey and PW): is the learning management system used by the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pennsylvania Health System to complete many training requirements. You can access this using your Pennkey and password. Below are some common training courses to search on Workday.

- Penn Profiler: This tool will help identify what training you’re required to take based on your job at Penn.

- Sick time
- NOTE: Sick leave of up to five (5) days per calendar year may be used for a member of the staff member’s family.
- There is also a special winter vacation from December 25 to January 1st. Each year the Vice President for Human Resources announces the dates on which the special winter vacation is observed.
